Dr. Elizabeth Wambui Kimani-Murage
Elizabeth Wambui Kimani is the Proprietor at Wambui EK Law Advocates.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nairobi, and a Postgraduate Diploma
from the Kenya School of Law, alongside a Bachelor’s of Environmental Health and a Masters
of Public Health from Moi University, and a PhD in Public Health from the University of
the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
She has longstanding experience in environmental health, public health, social justice and
human rights issues. She also has longstanding leadership experience.
As the Proprietor, she provides oversight to ensure the Firm’s vision and values are upheld,
the mission is accomplished, standards are maintained, and clients are satisfied.

Barnabas Tanui
Mr Barnabas Tanui is an Associate Advocate at Wambui EK Law Advocates with a practical and reasonable approach to the legal practice. Barnabas holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Africa Nazarene University and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
He is in charge of the daily running of the Firm.
He brings on board good experience from both public and private sectors. He previously served at the State Law office alongside state counsels in civil litigation matters defending the Government. In the private sector, he has handled matters in diverse areas including succession and estate planning, conveyancing, debt collection and insurance claims. His previous training has been focused around litigation and dispute resolution where he has a keen interest and determination on professional growth and development.
His previous leadership roles have refined his organizational, communication and people skills which are an added asset to the practice.

Eunice Njeri Nganga
Ms. Eunice Njeri Nganga is the Managing Advocate at Salisbury Law and a Consultant at Wambui EK Law Advocates. She is passionate about access to justice, constitutionalism and human rights. She employs public interest litigation strategically to trigger law reforms and enhance democratic governance.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, a Mediator’s Certificate from the Mediation Training Institute International and a travel management diploma from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Ms. Nganga has a rich business and legal background encompassing legal practice and travel business management. She has handled, from inception to conclusion, high impact constitutional litigation addressing the constitutional constraints of presidential executive power while others result in recommendations and proposals for law reform. For example in the conduct of referenda, recognition of progression in legal education, breaking the monopoly in advocates’ post graduate training and the separation of the statutory Bar’s regulation and association functions. She also has extensive experience in commercial, conveyancing and family law, specifically on succession and divorce matters.
Her passion for justice, experience in both business and legal practice management particularly as a litigator are key cornerstones to the role she provides as a consultant to our practice.
